To return a product to
Parkway Health the customer will email Parkway Health’s Customer Service
department at returns@parkwayhealth.ca
The Customer will supply
the following information: (Their name, address, telephone number, date of
purchase and product code of product.
The Corporation “Parkway
Health” will then send the customer via an email their RMA number with
further instructions for return mailing.
The customer will return
the product via registered mail with adequate insurance coverage. The
product will be returned freight on board customer /origin.
For returns that qualify
for the ***30 day money back guarantee***,"
note"(the return must be initiated on or within 30 days
of the original purchase date). Customers shall complete steps 1 to 4
of the return policy. Upon successful completion of the return policy,
Parkway Health will refund the customer the full purchase price of the
product by way of crediting the original purchase method (ie/ credit
card).
All other returns will be
via exchange for store credit. Parkway Health will process the return then
send the purchaser a one time use coupon code for the value of that
specific product that is returned.This store credit will then be applied
via the coupon code by the customer.
